Not as sturdy as I had hoped but I guess you get what you pay for- - the price was fairly low. The drawers do slide well but sometimes go off the track. I wouldn't necessarily NOT recommend this product but would caution buyer that it may not be as sturdy as they would want.

The top drawer is fine but the bottom drawer with the lock will not close properly and the quality of the metal is weak. Would not recommend for business use may be ok for periodic personal use.

I’m used to file cabinets having a sliding backstop so the drawer needs to be full in order for your files stand up. It’s ok for small home use

The file cabinet arrived days ahead of time which I really appreciate. However I did exactly what the recommendation(s) said. I ensured that my papers and handing folders were evenly balanced in the top and bottom drawers to avoid the file cabinet from tipping over due to unbalancing. Well the file cabinet seemingly is "able" to be tipped over by a 1 year 11 month old toddler although the contents are balanced!!!! And to make matters worse the lock is practically "just for show." The same toddler tugged on the bottom drawer handle... and just like that the drawers both came open and almost toppled over on him!!!! And the lock latch was still in lock position imagine that!!!!!! If I knew then what I know now I would have kept searching for a more reliable file cabinet...ugh!
