Cabinet was fine but there were no screws included to install the drawer handles. Not a big enough deal to return the cabinet but irritating to have to find screws that would fit.

This is my fifth cabinet of this type purchased from Staples. They all are performing well. However this last cabinet came with a strong mildew smell. Since I needed the cabinet in service quickly I cleaned the surfaces a couple of times to knock down the mildew smell. If I had more time I would have returned the cabinet.

Very basic. Drawer lacks slides so it's just resting on the frame. Can't access the back 1/3 of each drawer. But it's affordable and it does the job.

This cabinet is cheaply made. The top drawer keeps coming off the flimsy track. I do not recommend this item. The reason I didn't return it was it was a hassle to do sol.

This is a nice compact size. It's just what I wanted. It fits under my desk to save space. The handles feel secure and the drawers glide easily and quietly which I love! Seems to be well made. I downsized from much much larger file cabinets which took up a lot of space. I now have just the essentials in these 2 drawers and I have put the rest of my files in storage.

It arrived on time and looks great. Once we got it put together we found that the drawers do not sit properly in the track every time we pull out the drawer it hops out of the track and sits cock-eyed. It feels like a stiff wind could cause it to collapse.

Upon arrival I removed the file cabinet from the box & found a large dent in the top. Because I was in immediate need I decided to ignore the dent & just live with it. After the drawers were loaded with files (1/2 full each drawer) the top drawer fell off its track & became lodged inside & no longer removable. The unit is poorly constructed with thin tin. The hardware is typical Chinese crap that breaks within minutes of use. I’ll be tossing this piece of junk & purchasing a replacement that is certainly not this brand.
