Not used yet because the handles are screwed to the inside and cannot get them unscrewed.

Once I get those handles unscrewed and put in there proper place I think I will feel better. Also there was suppose to have a key to unlock the drawers. There was no key but that is not as important to me as getting the hsndles fixed.

Ineffective Drawers

I have never been frustrated with a filing cabinet and this was a first for me. The drawers get stuck and often get off track. It's a simple design flaw and fear there is no remedy except spending my money on a very expensive one. I am very unhappy with this purchase. I would not recommend it to a single person because of the drawer design.
