The cabinet was shipped with the handles screwed on the inside. The screws are impossible to undo.

The file was great but all four screws on the inverted handles were installed much too tightly making them impossible to unscrew. Staples Customer Support was understanding & immediately exchanged the item for one with looser screws! Thank you.

I wouldn't buy this again. It's very low on the floor so if you don't plan on having it on top of something - you'll need to spend time on your knees. The drawers don't pull very far out so it's very difficult to see the folders near the back.Spend a bit more and get a higher quality cabinet!

I was actually rather disappointed in this file cabinet. It can't handle any weight. The drawers come off track and mis-align. Halfway through filling one drawer it started to sag. I definitely need something more sturdy. It would be good if you don't need it to hold much.
