Very surprised that Staples would be selling such a product. Problem is with the plastic roller system they deform the file folder system greatly and when you attempt to pull out the drawer you can’t. You need to repeatedly take out the files just to pull out the drawer.

Flimsey drawers broke within couple weeks of light use. Staples replaced with another hopefully its better.

The cabinet is VERY lightweight and not in a good way. The drawers would flex when I opened them. The worst thing though was that while it has a lock and key you don't need the key to unlock it! You can use anything...any random key a paper clip your finger tip...anything that would turn the face of the lock would unlock it. You do however need a key to lock it. I do not recommend this cabinet at all.

It arrived on time and looks great. Once we got it put together we found that the drawers do not sit properly in the track every time we pull out the drawer it hops out of the track and sits cock-eyed. It feels like a stiff wind could cause it to collapse.
