Very disappointed with this product. I had bought the smaller command strips at first since the picture I was hanging was barley a pound and ended up falling a few days later scuffing my walls. I attempted a second time with the same size strips this time using double to about of hooks and making sure all my walls were wiped clean, I had thought maybe that was the reason why it hadn't worked, but it had fallen again. I had then purchased these bigger strips supposed to hold 16lbs and with in a week that same picture had fallen again. The end result I should have just put a little nail whole in the wall, my wall is now all scuffed and my picture frame is all scratched up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was using strips for 8 pound framed picture, it did not stick to the wall. I would not recommend the strips to anyone else.

Each set of large strips is intended to hold up to 4 lbs and you can use up to 4 sets for a total of 16 lbs. Hard to remove

Once you hang a picture up it's hard to remove the picture without take paint off wall. Can not find strips to pull to remove. Thank yiu

I hung a picture frame and hours later, it crashed to the floor, breaking not only the frame but also my marble window sill on the way down. I made the mistake of adhering it to an orange peel wall texture.
Having just hung shower curtains on our lanai to help keep the rain out, I tried some strips on them. So far so good.

I'm really happy with this product. Make sure you dust and clean the wall before hand for it to work well. I'd love to see Command create another one which holds more weight. They're just a bit pricey I find.

Used these to mount a Leap Motion controller to my HTC Vive headset. Holds strong after pulling it off the headset and clicking it back into place numerous times.
Used the remaining two strips to hold two circuit boards together while providing some separation with the thickness of the strips.

We recently used the large command picture hanging strips. We hung three pictures and used four strips on each picture. Not even 24 hours later one of the pictures fell off the wall smashing a vase along the way. So after coming on here and reading these reviews we decided to remove the other pictures. While we were taking the other pictures down all of the strips were coming right off the wall with little effort. I am so very angry with your product, the money that I wasted on it, and that one of my favorite vases is broken. I must also say that we have used these strips in the past and have never had this problem. What is up 3M?

Damage Free?

This product did hold my picture in place but when it was removed it took the paint off of my wall!
