includes moveable color tabs with pockets and a pocket at the back w/ post-it flags. I use this as my "workhorse" notebook at the office to keep my daily tracking notes and reference pages. It's really nice to have customizing features at such a reasonable price!!

I like this notebook especially the ability to move the dividers/tabs. I don’t like how much packaging staples uses on small packages. There was a box inside another box and lots of plastic. Do better staples!
