I purchased one and had to take it back as one of the plastic crowns that is the top of one of the three hole punches was missing. Staples had to ship the exact replacement but it was super-fast... Received it the next day! Upon first use the paper got stuck in it and the punches are stuck with the paper in it. So this time I will trade it for another type of punch.
