Wash wall surfaces first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These seem to work well if you first wipe the surface you're sticking things to and the tab sticking to the surface with soap and water. I've done this for four 1" tabs so they could hold a 28"x22" poster against a painted, slightly bumpy wall. Before I did the wiping, it would fall off after a day or two. Now, they're on their 10th day. Pressing really hard probably helps too.

It sure saved me time & money. (by not having to repalce the item or repaint the wall)

Good Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] [Employee of 3m-scotch] I used this product to hang a congratulations banner on a textured wall and it got the job done. I didn't think the banner was heavy, but I ended up needing to use all of the tabs in order for it to stay up. When it came time to remove the banner, the tabs removed cleanly and did not damage the paint on the walls. Overall, this was a good product.

Hunting for Tape's Edge is Over

I needed to pack lots of fragile things. This tape allowed me to use both hands to pack everything tightly and not worry about cutting tape.
