Price not Quality - Got Both

Since for the most part copier paper is used for internal use only I was looking for best price. After opening the case and using the paper the realization was clear: this time I got both quality and at the best price.

Good Paper Poor Packaging

The paper is acceptable but the packaging (plastic shrink wrap) fails to protect the contents - every ream was 'burst open' within. I recycled the heavy shrink wrap but would have strongly preferred recycled cardboard.
