No jamming thank you. I have tried other paper and had a mess. This paper worked as good the expensive paper and the price is right.

I got the paper after two tries to pick it up. My husband came to the store for pick-up only to be told the store didn't sell paper by the ream but by the case. I finally came to the store myself only to receive the wrong brightness; I asked for 94 bright and was given 92 bright. What is going on around here? At least I got some paper.

Honestly I have not seen a noticeable difference between Tru Red and regular paper. Maybe printing more color pages would make the difference more obvious.
