Staples brand jumbo paper clips are strong so they can hold a larger pile of papers without losing their shape and are thereby able to be used over and over. They do not tear up the paper either.

These paperclips are a life saver

I was disarming a missile and when I removed the main circuit it caused the timer to go off. Knowing I had only seconds left to dismiss the missile; I used my handy dandy Staples Jumbo Paperclip to stop the timer. Now I am sure to add paperclip to my collection of specialized tools; shoelace pocket knife and chewed gum.

Not tight enough

These jumbo clips do not hold the papers tight enough. Paper slips out of the clips. They need to be more firm better holding. They also feel very flimsey and bend very easy. They should be of better quality I'm surprised that Staples carries these low quality jumbo paper clips.

purple and white box = poor quality

I use a lot of large paper clips. Up to now I had always bought the Staples 10 box package (1000 paper clips) that came in red boxes of 100 paper clips each. This time Staples didn't have anyof the red boxes so I bought a 10-pack of the purple and white boxes. When I got home and opened the first box it was like I had bought "seconds." About half of the paper clips were mis-aligned crooked bent too much or not enough the two loops not in the same plane etc. etc. Clearly they were manufactured with inadequate quality control. Staples needs to address this quality issue ASAP.
