Horrible New Scent

New formula is not good I am going back to Bona 100% moving forward. Swiffer decided to add MORE chemicals to this product and to stop making the simple Lavender Vanilla formula. The new one is TOXIC and smells like Febreeze chemical spray! I literally had an asthmatic response to this one.

Based on what you've shared, we do recommend discontinuing use of the product. While we did rename this product in 2022, we haven't changed the formula, so we wouldn't expect this to happen. Scent is way too strong

Horrible strong scent. It gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I couldn’t even bring my dog in the house. If it made me feel this horrible, what would it do to my dog laying on the floor? I threw away.

Have used swiffer for years. NEW SCENT IS AWFUL!

This new scent is AWFUL!!! Had to redo all my floors with another Meyers product because the scent made me gag.

Doesn't work for me

I have a laminate floor in my kitchen. After I use these refills the floor appears clean, however, when you start walking on the dry floor it leaves shoeprints all over. Using another sheet doesn't help. I have tried letting the floor air dry after use and using a towel to dry the floor after use and it doesn't make any difference. I have to wash it by the next day. The only good thing is that the wet pads are good for emergencies when something spills and you need to get it cleaned up quickly.

If your floor is new, it's possible there's a coating on it that leading to this. Another possible cause is that you've recently used another cleaner on the floor, and the cleaner on the Wet Cloths isn't getting along with it well. If that's the cause, continue cleaning the floor with the Wet Cloths, and this effect will go away. Unpleasant fragrance

I agree with Nick B. The new lavender scent is even worse than the original which was only mildly objectionable. This new fragrance is too strong and persists for days.

I could find better products.

These wet wipes need to be wider. They come out of the clips when you are in the middle of mopping. When you are mopping the floors, they don’t come out because of the pressure you are applying, they come out because the wet wipes aren’t wide enough. This is not good. It would be very helpful if you could just make them wider. I hope this happens as soon as possible. Thank you.

Oh No! It doesn't stay on!

I am SO disappointed because I remember using a damp pad on my Swiffer Vac. It seems this one will not stay on no matter what. I am crushed.

We're glad you've reached out, as we're eager to help you get the easy clean you desire. Don't use a Wet cloth with the SweeperVac device or vacuum up any liquids. Instead, use a Swiffer dry cloth. To attach the cloth, fold the sides over the edges of the Sweeper head and tuck them into the grippers. Push the suction nozzle back to the floor-cleaning position. Stop cleaning. Start Swiffering. Swiffer Sweeper wet mop textured cloths trap and lock dirt deep in cloth. They are safe to use on all finished floors* and have a scrubbing strip to remove tough spots.
I would recommend this to a friend!
