Thank goodness for pre-punched paper

I print a LOT of presentations and manuals at work and many of them have to go into 3-ring binders. Thank goodness Staples sells 3-hole punched paper because otherwise I'd be punching hundreds or thousands of pages by hand. The only thing I would mention is that on some printers and copiers duplex printing can get caught up on the holes. Just watch out for that and you'll be fine. Also ensure that you place the paper correctly in the feeder tray so that the holes lines up correctly on the pages...

I am the secretary for three different organizations. A copy of all my minutes letters etc have to be kept in a 3 ring binder. Having the holes prepunched saves me time and makes my notebook look neater (all pages are uniformly punched) and my work product looks organized

Great product for the price and Staples has great coupon deals all the time along with free shipping. I use the paper for business documents and it is a good quality paper. Have experienced a few reams that have bent edges but rarely. Would highly recommend the product.

I purchase this 3 hole punched paper to save myself time when putting together a Yearbook with quite a number of pages. It is a little lighter weight than I prefer but is good for this purpose.
