Our company purchases staple brand products quite often. since my boss prefers 96 bright for all his correspondence this paper fits our needs with much satisfaction. We never have any problems with tftis paper in the printer or the copy machine. Since we use a good amount of three hole punched paper we were happy to find the staples brand at a better price than other brands. my only question would be- why is this copy paper not included in special sales as most other copy papers usuallly are?

Very useful 3 hole punched ream when you don't want to punch papers. But they used to have other brands beyond Staples but now we are stuck with only Staples brand which is somehow inferior quality?

Great Day- to-Day Paper

I use this paper to run my business... And my life. I manage various projects using it; I've written a book (that's about to be published) with this paper; and i use it for family needs including book reports. It serves all of my day-to-day needs. I buy it in reams but should really buy it in the big boxes!

Quality and convenience

I like the Staples brand of multipurpose paper for printing everyday documents because of its brightness and opacity (for 2-sided printing).It almost never gets jammed or stuck together in my HP LaserJet printer. The 3-hole version is excellent for material you keep in three-ring binders: online courses manuscripts journal pages printouts of scanned documents etc. The holes are regular unlike hand-punched paper and of course the pre-punched paper saves a lot of labor when you must print many pages at once. The only drawback is that the price per ream is about 25% higher than for the regular unpunched paper.

Staples Multipurpose Paper

I have used other brands of multipurpose paper in my HP Office Jet Pro inkjet printer. These other brands had feed problems and I could not leave my printer unattended for a large print job. Also one brand had random paper size that gave the final printed product an amateur appearance. The Staples Multipurpose Paper was bright white uniform size paper cut and fed in my printer without a jam.

This 3-hole paper is so convenient and the convenience definitely outweights the cost. The copy quality is very high and I finish my 3-hole projects in record time. I love using my rewards toward all my purchases. We have several 3-ring binder applications being used in our business office so you can imagine what this product means for us. In the past we used a manual 3-hole puncher and it took forever to keep up with the applications. Now it is a breeze!!! Thank you Staples for pointing out this product to me.
