Simple, Easy to use, Grip is perfect for a mech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Normally I would opt to get a mechanical pencil that will have space to hold a lot of lead refills and load it up. This came with one lead and it a bit thicker then normal leads and I am loving it. One of the pencils broke at the tip part where you spin it to extend more pencil, but so far no issues with the rest of them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son uses a lot of pencils for school. He’s constantly coming downstairs to sharpen pencils during his remote learning. Now with these mechanical pencils, that’s not necessary. They’re way to just twist the bottom and have more lead come out. I just have to teach him to only let a little bit out at a time so they don’t break. These are so much easier than sharpening pencils all the time!

Nice pencils; a little flimsy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are generally good, straightforward mechanical pencils. The plastic in these seems a little flimsy and they are very easy to break; they splinter when too much pressure is applied (like when you step on them!). Overall, however, they are nice, work well, and are a good option for our family.

Sharp and Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lead is smooth and writes nice and dark. Love these for school and work! Very good eraser on top. Inexpensive enough to be disposable, or you can refill. Recommend it for daily use and even for tests. Great product.

Great mechanical pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids prefer mechanical pencils over regular ones and these Paper Mate ones are their new favorite.
They are very easy to use, just twist the tip to expose the lead and you are ready to go. The lead is thicker than other pencils we have tried and doesn't break easily. The added eraser works great and doesn't leave smudges behind on the paper. Its a number 2 and writes very neat. Great product!

Great Mechanical Pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are perfect during homeschool times. I have several children currently attending school remotely. I don't know how many times the lead breaks on pencils and no one can find a pencil sharpener. These mechanical pencils are great. There is less breakage when it comes to the lead and if it does, no sharpener is needed. Just twist and continue with the assignment. I love the way they write and the erasers, erase clean. One of the best pencils I have ever used.

Great Value, Great Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not a whole lot to say about a mechanical pencil. The important part is that it works reliably and the lead is of reasonable strength. PaperMate scores on both those counts as they worked flawlessly. I use these for woodworking projects where I need a fine point and don't want to wrestle with sharpening pencils. The 36 ct. package is a great affordable solution !

The pencils work great and the lead doesn't break easily. They came in a convenient carry box to carry them in. Huge success for the aspiring artists.
