Perfect Hand Soap!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This hand soap is perfect in every way! First off, it does the job, cleaning my hands but not drying them out. The amount of lather is perfect and the scent is really lovely without being overpowering. Can you tell how much I love this soap??

Lemon Verbena Liquid Soap has no Lemon Verbena

I like Mrs. Meyers products and will continue to use them. However, I was looking forward to smelling my favorite scent, Lemon Verbena, in Mrs. Meyers Lemon Verbena Hand Soap. When it arrived, I opened it; it did not smell like the familiar smell, and when I looked for the oil in the ingredients, I found lemon peel oil and lemongrass oil, but no lemon verbena. Disappointed but as I said, a true lover of all the products.

Smells like bug spray

I am a huge fan of this brand, and I have all of their Geranium scented products in my house at all times. The other day I was at my local store and they were sold out of Geranium, so I decided to give Lemon Verbena a try. I'm shocked that a company whose other scents are so lovely could come out with something like this. Even my bathroom smells like bug spray after someone uses it. I had to scrub my hands with a different soap to get the stink off my skin, and it's still there. No.
Cons: Unpleasant Smell
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

scent is misrepresented

I have grown lemon verbena and absolutely love the scent of this plant. That being said;I hate the scent of this product. It smells nothing like the plant, not even a little bit. The over riding scent is of fir which is listed quite high on the ingredient list. Since I bought it for the scent of the plant I am quite disappointed. Everything I use it I think gee I I really don't like the scent of this and how the name is misleading.
