Big Problem with the PUMP

The soap and scent is great. The pump gets stuck in the down position EVERY TIME( not occasionally. ). This is very annoying. I have tried 6 bottles and the pump is the problem on each??????
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It didn't blow me away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been curious about this soap for a while as I have heard quite a few good reviews about it. So I was excited to try it when I received the sample with my order. But to be honest, I found the smell way too strong for me. I tend to be sensitive to strong smells, so it could just be me. But other than that it seemed to work well, but just too strong of a smell for me.
