Staples Retractable Knife

I am extremely disappointed. I purchased several of these a few years ago and they worked beautifully. I just bought 3 more and while they work fine, all 3 were sealed 8n new packaging but all 3 for extremely scratched on the side. At first I thought it was just packaging that got stuck to glue from the packaging but they are scratched up like they were damaged and just repackaged as new.
