Am finding that the blade does not always stay locked in position as I press down for a cut. Don't know if this is just the one I bought or indicative of the whole line. Otherwise works as I expected.

Its a sturdy utility knife. Does what its supposed to do. Blade lock is a nice feature.

I had a utility knife that looked like this one but the blade was dull and the outside was rather beat up after a decade or more of frequent use. This one is so strong and sharp that I able to cut a cardboard box with it. Not just the packing tape but the actual box itself. I have to be careful that I don't cut the contents inside!! We used to call this a "box-ripper" and now I know why. I would highly recommend this to anyone that opens boxes. Just treat it like any other knife and keep it in a safe place away from children .

Cuts Great

Needed a box cutter to cut out clouds from thick poster boards for my Girl Scout Bridging to decorate stage. I bought this one and I was very happy with the performance of the knife. It cut through the board smoothly and made the clouds look great. I would definitely buy this knife again.
