There was some issue trying to get the bars that hold the files in the right place. The mechanism that doesn't allow both drawers to be pulled out at the same time caused the bottom drawer not to be easily pulled out to get the bar from the back slot to the front slot. My suggestion would be to put the bars in for letter size files as the default. The way it is set up it will not initially hold any kind of file since both bars are in the back two slots.

nothing but issues bottom draw did not open had to take the lock off the cabinet to get it open and it also keeps sticking.

Item itself was very adequate and strong and we are happy wiith it. One photo showed it with letter file inserts to allow files to be placed front to back rather than side to side but the actual cabinet does not include any such parts to allow for that so that was a bummer.
