This one arrived Undamaged (first one was dented in side and in front so draw didn’t close flush-but CS representative processed exchanged) I now have it loaded love the smooth glide and that it doesn’t let you accidentally open both draws. One thing was slightly challenging and that was adjusting rods for hanging folders. Required a little more patience.
