It doesn`t slide around on your desk and has space to put so much to keep it easy to access. You can put your most often used office supplies in the drawers and stand up your file folders in the back. You also have have a horizontal shelf to fit paper or notebooks and a small shelf for business cards or smaller papers or even supplies. I like the low profile so it does not feel intrusive and lets you keep your desk space. I highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice mesh accessory holder for my desk. It contains 7 different sized compartments. Very well made. Sits nicely on my desk and doesn`t take up much space. My favorite feature is a 3 section compartment that can be removed to make one big space for larger items. It is sturdy and will not scratch surfaces. I would recommend this product.

I have the accessory holder sitting on a file cabinet next to my desk at work. I found that it worked very well to maintain and separate folders that I needed to have readily available at all times. I am considering purchasing more so that each office at work will have one for their own use. I may buy an extra one to use at home to keep my bills organized.
