I use these rings to hang description tags from my 31 gift bags. They work great!! And I also love that I can get them in s couple different sizes if I need them.

had a few that I could not get to open. Hopefully I can try it again and be successful. Have two other packages to open and try. Hope they are better than the first package I used

I went to local stores and didn't find any colorful rings and was very pleased to find them in Staples for more items in the package. The local store had only 6 for that same price.
