I absolutely love these loose leaf rings. I bought them to put a bunch of loose hole punched papers together and they serve the purpose just right. The rings are secured and easy to take off. If you're in school you can hold punch your note cards and use the rings to hold the cards together. I'm very happy with the quality overalls. I definitely recommend them to anyone.

As a teacher I utilize these in my classroom to bind booklets for the children or their study flash cards. I also use these to attach index cards to the baskets in my room so everone knows what belongs in there.

I love using these loose leaf rings for holding index cards together. I've used them in the classroom to keep students' notecards together & I've used them for address cards which can easily be updated or changed without having to totally redo my address book.
