very cute colors. I have used them in my classroom for the last several years. Sometimes though one is difficult to open or close and ends up being thrown away

Strong at first...

These cute little rings are strong and tight when you first start using them. Perhaps they're not meant to be opened and closed as often as I needed to (bi-annually). After time they do loosen up. I tried to tighten the screws with a screw driver but it does not seem to work. So once they are loose they lose their purpose.
