The quality of this very basic product was all over the map. - Some where perfect; easy to open & close secured appropriately - Some were super loose and fell open under minimal use - Some could not be opened at all; the chrome coating bonded the ends of the clasp - Some had been riveted so tightly that it took the jaws of life to open them
