The book rings are perfect for using on card sets for learning activities. Their size accommodates 3x5 and 4x6 cards very well. The only thing I found to be problematic was that when they are unattached and reattached several times weakened thee ring's ability to remain closed tightly making them more likely to release and lose the cards.
