I use mine for storing merchandise that I sell on Ebay and in a small shop. I am an older female and cannot lift totes full of merchandise these are just the right size to store and organize my stock. And they are stronger than the inexpensive totes that you can buy at the discount stores.

Flimsy construction does not hold hanging files efficiently. The box lids are too small to accommodate hanging file folders that are hung in the box. I should have bought a better version of this box because while these did the job OK I have had to re-do many of the files that were in disarray due to the inability of these boxes to properly hold hanging files. Order the next step up do yourself a favor.
