I am running a small restaurant business; daily credit card receipts and guest checks plus suppliers invoices need to keep inside the restaurant at least 2-3 years. This storage boxes are perfect solution for my small office and very easy to look for also staying organized.

I have been using Staples storage boxes since I had toddlers. We used them as a place to store their toys and as they grew up for various other storage items. The boxes followed them through their college years and they now use them in their homes. I always used them in my work place to transfer end-of-year files (they hold both regular and legal size folders). Now I use them for things I need to store in my attic. I love these boxes for their sturdiness and by labeling the front I can find what I need in a hurry. I have told my friends and family about them.

These boxes are great for year end. I use them to store everything for the previous year in and we have a file room full of these boxes since our inception 36 years ago. All of the boxes are still holding up and haven't caved in. Testimony in itself!

As noted these are light-duty boxes so just use them as such. I am using them to replace assorted boxes of various shapes and sizes on the garage shelves so they will look more tidily organized and they serve the purpose.
