Storage Boxes for File Cabinet Materials

Have purchased these in the past - mainly used for annual receipts and income tax materials. They store nicely and keep the paperwork well. I purchased the latest group to temporarily store file cabinet material. We are changing the floors in our home and need to facilitate moving all of the furniture around. The file cabinet was too heavy as is so we removed all the paper and stored in these boxes. They work well even with the sliding folders. This effort allowed us to lighten the load.

Staples Economy Storage Boxes

Our company has been using these boxes for the last 14 years. The boxes are very durable to the point where we have been recycling over and over again. The size is perfect for either legal or letter size documents. They are very easy to assemble and easy to take apart and save for later use. They store perfectly and makes it very easy to save space especially when you have limited space to store. I strongly recommend this product not only for business use but these are great for personal use and when moving too!

This box stands up to filling it to capacity with paper. It will not do well over time with heavy boxes stacked on top of partially filled boxes so place the paper-filled ones on the bottom and the partially filled or light weight ones near the top. I have not tried to stack more than 6 high.

These make the best boxes for moving books. They hold the right amount of books and they have handle holes to make moving that much easier.

Each year we use these storage boxes to store required paperwork. Since they come in a pack of 10 we feel that they are the best product for the money! They are durable enough to accommodate the documents that we need to store and they have an area where you can indicate the contents of each box. The boxed off area is great to enter month's dates or even divisions where the boxes are stored. Best of all the cost is very reasonable! Try them and you will agree that these are the best for your storage needs.
