Storage boxes-economy for sure. But Okay

I got these to store smaller boxes of collectibles and crafts as well as file folders. The material is a bit thin the perforations a bit hard to rip apart. Once the box is put together it seems sturdy enough. I have only used it to store boxes of smaller items. I have not tried to fill it with files yet. I don't think the bottom will fall out but I don't think these will stand up to a lot of moving files in and out of them. For office use where there will be a lot of use I would get heavier ones.
They are "strong enough" and practical to carry just about anything. We use them for everything from a Dog toy box in the office cleaning supply storage and of course inactive files.
Every year I purchase these boxes to archive our files at work and they work great. They keep their shape and are very sturdy. Easily assembled and I like the handles for easy carrying. Very good value for the price and I would recomend them to everyone. Sometimes a store brand is not always the best choice for quality but I have been very happy with Staples brand products on the whole. I love shopping at Staples stores and online. Customer service is fantastic and if I'm not happy with a product and any problems they return it or replace it.
I have been using these boxes for years. All my archived files are in these boxes which makes it easier for storage and stacking. They arrive flat and are easy to store until they are ready to be used. They are easy to assemble and hold up well for the storage of paper files. Most of the boxes are completely full of paper and weigh quite a bit. They have a preprinted area to write the dates and a description of what is in the box. We have sent boxes to an offsite records retention facility for long term storage and they were acceptable to the company we use.
Bought them for putting files and paperwork away in long term storage. I also tend to use a couple of them to put all of my paper recycling in so I can take it to the kids schools for recycling. They hold up well even using them for that purpose. But if I needed ones that are going to be used for files and papers that will be used on a regular basis though then I would get the ones that are heavy duty. They are also stackable. Though I wouldn't recommend stacking them over 2 high if you have a lot of paperwork in them.
We use these boxes as a regular to file and store our information from previous periods and work files. They stand up to the hauling and years of storage in our file room. We are able to stack them on top of each without any issues.
