Good size small enough to not overload so they can be carried. Stackable. Cheap. Easily available locally. I have bought about 80 of them.

Boxes were designed for limited use. Store the paper and leave it be. If you need temporary boxes these will fit the bill. Long term and able to beat away moisture you probably better with Bankers.

These boxes were the right size and easy to put together. I love how they stack and how they look empty and full. They are so good that I don't want to break them down and recycle -- I used them for a move -- but find new uses for them in their new home. They stack perfectly on shelves and it's easy to color code and write descriptions on them.
