The only pencils I will write with

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not blessed with neat handwriting by in my career, I have many people reading my work and I am judge on how neat my handwriting is. I am almost 30 years old so it is not practical to try to improve my handwriting, instead I use these pencils. I love the 0.7MM lead because it is small enough to stay neat but also bold enough when it needs to be. I like that the eraser twists up and out but just as easily twists in. This eraser does not leave any dark marks either. I also love they come with extra led. These are some of the only writing utensils that I have for their life span without losing. Also, in 2021, we do not write as often as we used to so the grip is such a nice feature to prevent my finger from getting sore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Comfortable and ergonomically correct

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mechanical pencil set comes with three pencils, two extra refillable erasers and one lead set. It feels very comfortable and ergonomically correct in my hand. The lead is very strong and sturdy. I advanced the lead one click and it wrote very well. Two clicks, and it again felt very sturdy and managed to withstand a little bit more pressure than the first. After three clicks of advancing the lead, I guessed the extra lead that was exposed would compromise its integrity, and I was correct. The lead withstood normal pressure until I began to scribble on my paper and applied more pressure until it broke off. My observations lead me to conclude that only two clicks of advancing the lead is necessary when writing. I liked how the rubber grip is positioned to help remind me where to hold the pencil properly. I thought the eraser was a powerhouse when I began to erase the dark pencil markings I created when trying to write hard. The eraser left very little waste, unlike so many pencils I've used where my paper is literally covered with specks of small eraser bits. I am happy to say that I am a fan of this Papermate Clear Point #2 mechanical pencil and will recommend this product to my friends and family.

Great pencils

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a couple days ago and I have no complaints.Works like it should and doesn't seem to be cheaply made.I like that it comes with extra erasers and lead.I will definitely get this brand of pencils in the future.

My new favorite pencil

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This paper mate mechanical pencils are awesome, the functions are totally new. For example the upper part of the pencil twist back and forward to access the eraser, and it also has a push button in order for the graphite leads to show or hide every time you need it. I really like the clear barrel, because you can see the full mechanism and also looks cool, very sophisticated. Another great advantage is the rubber textured grip, its convenient and comfortable all time, excellent for writing essays. I personally reccomend it to everyone, I bought several pencils for my kids because of the #2 leads that are perfect for school, and also for my office to take notes. It's a high quality 0.7 mm pencil that gives the exact precision to have neat homework.

Great Pencils!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils are pretty great! We love the thickness of the holder and the fact that they are reloadable. The leads have held up pretty well and my kids like to be able to see the inside of the mechanism.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these Paper Mate - CLEAR POINT 3CT 0.7MM SS BLK BARREL Pencils for my two grandsons in Highschool , They have to have certain kinds of pencils , It seems I have bought so many that they did not like , They really like these and ask for more ,, They pencils Load so easy and doesnt take hardly any time at all to load new lead , The erasers twist up easy , They have the little grip in the middle to make it easy to hold and grip

To refill the lead, unscrew the top of the barrel (colored part of the pencil) and insert the new lead. Screw the top portion of the barrel back. Click the pencil a few times to advance the lead.
