we put customer order copies in the folders and add extra order forms our card product information and use labels to promote our contact information and our website

Liked how these folders are heavier weight than the manila colored ones which seem to be lighter weight and more "toothy" in finish every time I buy them. This is nice cardstock.

We are able to organize our client files with these. Each client has one for notes personal information financials... and best of all we use the same colors for all our clients - so we know that the green files always contain the financials red the notes etc...
