The Staples brand Manila file folders work fine in our environment. We use file folders everyday almost all day. They hold up just fine having to go through the hands of several people day in and day out until a project is complete. They are durable and somewhat good quality. No complaints would recommend them to anyone looking for basic need file folders at a reasonable price. Staples product name should not be a determining factor as I would not recommend paying more for a folder.

When ordering the file folders I look for a few things. ! is price. They have to be in expensive. I order a lot for our company and need to get the most for our money. then I need to make sure they area also durable. The staple file folders are both and if you find the file folders somewhere else that happen o be cheaper they will price match only if it is visible on the companies web site. If you have special pricing for your company from somewhere else of from the warehouse clubs they will not price match from them.

Manilla File Folders

Staples Manilla File Folders are a great deal! The quality is good because they are durable and last through a lot of handling. I have been able to reuse the folders several times. When necessary I use labels to cover any writing on the tabs and just write the new category for the file on the tab. The three tabs make it easy to find in the file drawer. I like to color coordinate by highlighting the label on the tab. This makes it easy to find. These manilla folders are also very cost effective. They are very economical and filing with them helps to keep the office organized.

Great Staples product

Our office has used these file folders every day for the past year and we have no need to look further. They are very sturdy and perfect for holding a variety of materials especially client information. The quality of this product makes us more confident to use other Staples brand products.

These are much flimsier than what I wanted. When did folders stop being made out of cardboard and start being made out of tissue paper?

Good value for the price. These folders are durable and the colors help organize the various files needed for real estate transactions. I color code my files according to buyers sellers bpo work and distressed sales. I highly recommend this product if being more organized is one of your goals.
