I am probably the most disorganized person in the world and now it is time to get my things organized for tax day. I just get a box of folders and sort through the pile of saved receipts and papers (you know the ones you WERE going to file later) and write in pencil the subject of each folder on the tab top and put them in a basket and file away. It's quick and easy and I can get it done it record time. And because I wrote on them in pencil I can reuse them later for something else. I have even used my three whole punch on the creased side and used them in notebooks for organizing all sorts of things. A box will last me quite a while unless I get a crafty organizational notion in my head that they can be used to make. Great product and reasonable price.
We're a small engineering firm and have been using the folders for years for general record keeping. They hold up well under light use (no tears or bends)
We use these files in our agency to denote clients with specific needs. It is very helpful to know "at a glance" what services we need to provide for a client. We use several colors of the Staples Colored File Folders.
