Good cabinet for right now so far...

I bought this cabinet for security storage of patient's files in my office. I noticed the drawer does not close all the way in sometimes. Not "click-close" if you know what I mean. when drawer is not closed the lock does not work. that's the reason why I put 3 stars not 5

We ordered this for our office this year and it has worked great. The drawers are nice and deep with plenty of file space. The lock feature is nice for all the important information to be maintained and only accessible to those who have a key. It does take a bit of moving the drawers to just the right position to get them to lock and unlock but other than that it is a nice secure addition to our office. The size is great and it is very sturdy. It has a nice look and fits all our office needs. I would definitely recommend this product for any office that is looking for a nice solid file cabinet with a locking feature.

Perfect office addition solid & sturdy

Just what you would expect. Be sure you measure the space prior to purchasing. It was just as described but it is big. I put this in my home office and it takes up quite a bit of space. Overall I would absolutely purchase it again. Solid construction [...]. It was actually easy to place while in the cardboard covering. [...] The drawers glide easily. The keys lock the cabinet just as would be expected. Nothing sexy about it other than the solid black color. By the way it shows handprints quite easily. Fully functional exactly what you would expect. No real negatives to report. If you need a lateral filing cabinet with lots of space this is the one for you.

Drawers do not glide easy at all. The cabinet doesn't feel solid even with files in it. I checked to make sure it was balanced knowing that could affect the drawers. Not satisfied with the quality of this cabinet for the amount I payed.

The cabinets seem sturdy and well built. They fit nicely where we need them and are consistently good looking. They look like much more costly file cabinets.
