Incredible fast delivery. Cabinet delivered in perfect condition and hold all of our shipping documents and lock up securely. Color is perfect match to our wall and cubicle color.

Almost Perfect

We were disappointed that the local stores did not stock this filing cabinet however when we chose to order it online we were pleasantly surprised to find out there was free shipping to our place of business. We were pleased with the timely fashion and perfect condition that the filing cabinet arrived on the exact promised day 2 days after order. It works for filing laterally in a small amount of space and is not much bigger than our 2 drawer but fits perfectly. The dimentions are correct and the color was also correct.

Just right for my needs

This file cabinet came undamaged and was delivered by a friendly Staples delivery person. It locks securely and the drawers slide smoothly. The rails inside are adjustable based on what size folders you are using and can be tricky to move but it's not difficult.

The file cabinet is certainly heavy and functional only issue is that the drawers themselves are a bit difficult to open. I can tell you that it doesn’t hold much more than the 3-4 drawer we had before.

Excellent for the price

This is the third HL8000 file cabinet we have ordered and we really like the entire line. They are sturdy they look nice and professional which is a concern for us as a non-profit with limited funds. The locks are good so we can keep sensitive information confidential.. It's important to have enough space in the drawers to move things around and to make retrieving individual files easier. Because it's a tall cabinet and it's safer for it to be bottom heavy we use the bottom drawer for old and little used files.
