Great...but

I love this item. It came the VERY NEXT DAY! With great movers. It's just what I wanted until I tried to use the third drawer and it wouldn't shut. The drawer bottom wasn't put together properly. I requested someone just come out with a screw driver to fix it instead of the pain of hauling another out here and up stairs only to find the same problem. Staples wasn't interested. Return it or exchange it were my only choices. So I'm low rating Staples not the product. The drawer mistake is a simple one and can happen but it's also fixable-but I shouldn't have too.

Delivered the next day and works fine in our small office. Note that files must hang perpendicular to the front of the drawers because there are no center support bars. This takes some getting used to if you are expecting to look at the files face-on.

Needed an additional cabinet for our law firm for file overflow. This cabinet looks really nice and it is very well constructed. We looked at others that were much more expensive but decided to go with this one. Will be purchasing a second one as well. It is full of files and working great. Very smooth glide to the drawers. Great purchase for our office.
