I was very surprised when I heard the delivery on my file cabinet was going to be the next day. When delivered it was damaged but the driver immediately return the item. Then again I received the new file cabinet the next day. Kudos to Staples they seem like a very cost-effective efficient and customer friendly company. I'll do business with them again. Warren M

Very very please with this transaction. The cabinets are of great quality. Would definitely buy again. Staples really came through on the order after some hick ups. Very generous offer to make things right. this is the fabulous Staples that I am use to. I prefer to look for their products first!

I expected somthing more durable and sturdy for the price the metal is thin and it feels cheap. I would not buy another and i am in the market already for another filing cabinet!

Looks nice but flimsy

Drawers don’t keep closed all the way even if you rack the file holders as far back as possible. Drawers feel flimsy maybe if I would have purchased the 36in instead of 42in. Do not recommend
