crooked printing

Purchase the item for book plates. Everything is perfect in Publisher but when I print out the label the design is printed not centered. On one side There is 3mm from design to edge and expands to 6 mm to the other end. I have to trim the label to center the design. I am using an Epson WF-2540 as a printer.
Older labels print fine.
Older labels print fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble printing this label. If the template is shifting in the Publisher program when it prints, we would suggest using the Ruler option to shift the template if needed. You can find this option when you select View and Show and check the Ruler option. It should give you the ability to move the template.
