I use plain white shipping labels for more than just shipping-- I have several formats using them for instant checklists for travel reservations, processing new hires, etc. I discovered their versatility when I inherited a stack of boxes of labels!

I love love love these labels! The online design center makes it easy to create your own custom labels. I was able to easily upload my own picture to the template, which is great for putting my company logo on all of my outgoing mail. The part I like the most is that you can save your template online in your account so you're never starting from scratch. Two thumbs up!

These are an excellent size for making name tags. I use it for an Alumni Assn vis MS Access where the top line is first name and year graduated, line 2 is the maiden name if any, line 3 the last name, and last line is the city and state they reside in. With most of the members being Sr. Folks, they love the easy to read tags and having all the info on them. They register in advance and pick up their tag to enter an event.
