These little hooks can be used for any light weight application which comes in handy in a dorm for hanging signs, various posters and calendars. I use them everywhere. Useful for hanging string lights too!
I used these hooks at Christmas time to hang our stockings with care. We recently moved to a home without a mantle and were desperatly trying to figure a way to hang them up. Off to the hardware store we went. We had recently painted and I really didnt want marks on my wall. Ao I went for the release hooks. They worked perfectly. Although not quite decortive enough I was pleased that our stockings were hung with care and they held up to all the items St. Nick filled them with.
This is a really versatile hook. I have a bunch in my broom closet for hanging up smaller items, including a couple lightweight brooms and mops. In my art studio I use them to hang wall dolls that I make. I've even got one hook on the ceiling. An angel riding an alligator is suspended from that one. If I make a mistake in placing the hooks, I can easily remove the Command strip, replace it, and move the hook. Yeah!
These are a perfect size for some small things used frequently around my workbench. Like my dust mask and safty glasses. They are small and take up hardly any room which means I can stick them just about anywhere around my workbench.
I use Command products for all my hanging. I use these to hang things on doors. Especially good for calenders, because you can switch the month without removing the hook.
