Much thinner than the old GBC product.

I use them to make cards for a game. The thinner plastic doesn't provide nearly as good protection against scratching or tearing as the old product.

The laminating pockets are sturdy and quite handy as a means of preserving important documentation. It's expense is noteworthy as it's a consideration that lends to assessing the value of what your trying to preserve. It's pocket structure is convenient and aids in its ease of use. Overall the product is quality. I've used other brands which are not as sturdy. Staples brands are competitive with trademark brands for less expense. I'd suggest this product to all in the business world and those who laminate for personal usage.
