I had our Covid shot cards (3) reduced in size and laminated. The young lady was very pleasant and helpful. It only took a few minutes and the cards were done.

A little difficult at time to get pouches to open up but worked very well in making bookmarks. Turns out to be a quality item with good results.

Works as expected. No issues for 3 mm pouch (flimsy reviews might have expected a thicker 5 mm pourch)
