we've been using this product for years. It's never failed us. Sometimes there can be slippage on smaller items (business card sized) but we've learned to over come that by using a small piece of double sided tape to hold item in place while laminating.

Staples has the slowest check out process of anywhere that I shop. I spend a lot of money at Staples however the lengthy check out process has me looking at my options.Your clerk is jovial and helpful it is the mechanics of the cashing out is cumbersome.
