Nice color good size has lock. Bad part was staples near us shut down the store so we had to go to another staples 20+ blocks then that store did no have store and we had to walk another 15 blocks to the next staples and found it there. Walking thru the street it was 20+ blocks wheeling it back. Lucky the box has holes to serve as a handle that helped. Wished staples did not close the store once so close near us. We hate mail order or shop thru the internet or shop thru looking at picture we like to see the item before buying and it's hard now a days because people are so lazy they just want click on a mouse button and done and return if it don't fit. Buying the old fashion way avoid return headache. Also staples need to bring back the old computer with internet and get rid of the confusing and stupid kios machine it's so big and nonprivacy people can see what you are doingiles away.

This was the kind of cabinet I was looking for. It is perfect for my home office and is the perfect size for what I needed it for. I can't beat the price either. The sale price plus a coupon...it all just made me smile!! Thanks Staples for the great service.

Disappointed with this purchase because no key was included with the locking file cabinet. Called customer service and was given the manufacturer’s phone to call myself! I don’t think that I should have to track down a key for this purchase! Reluctantly I did call the manufacturer and left a voice mail ( no other option) and have not heard a word from them in 5 business days. Very disappointed with Staples!!

Of course it is lightweight and not full suspension- you pay a lot more for that- but it is crisp in design and sturdy. It is a dark grey without markings and attractive- i.e. innocuous. The lock is on the bottom drawer- oddly but that means you are locking one drawer to another rather than to the chest. That makes it a deterrent- not a safe lock. It doesn't have glides for legal size folders only letter size but it is slotted on sides for glides. I am using it only for letter size filing so I am not concerned. I think AFTER you look at it you could find the right kind of legal glides.
