The cabinet is sufficient for our needs and was already assembled with the exception of the handles. The handles were VERY difficult to install as the holes in the plastic handles weren't completely drilled out or threaded for the screws. You can't put the handles on without an electric drill (by hand is impossible). The drawers are configured already for hanging files no inserts necessary which is nice. Ultimately for the low price we paid it was a good purchase.

Good Enough File Cabinet

My only complaint about this file cabinet is that it almost tipped over on me when I opened up the top drawer which was full. Other that this minor problem that one must be mindful of - (especially if there is a small child in the home who likes to open furniture drawers!) - it's fine for the price.

I should have spent an little more moony and gotten one that doesn't tip over when either draw is opened even only part way. difficult and awkward to access files in back third of drawers. This filing cabinet was cheap but no bargain.

It is flimsy metal arrived damaged and as other reviewer‘s wrote it tips forward if you open one drawer. I wouldn’t bother with this one.
