This cabinet is the Lego instruction book cabinet in our house and it does its job well. All we had to do was put the handles on which was easy. Drawers are smooth and it fits average-size hanging folders. It doesnt fit the larger hanging folders so keep that in mind.

One handle was perfect. Second handle could not be affixed as sent. Had to use washers on inside of file drawer + different screws. HANDLE WAS NOT DRILLED OUT PROPERLY!!!!

Avoid this cabinet

The lock never worked from day one because of the flimsy construction. The metal is thin and prone to bending. Internal edges are sharp and can cut you. Unit tips forward when you open the top drawer. Do yourself a favor pay a little more and get a better cabinet!
